One measure of your leadership effectiveness will be on how well you manage adult behaviors. Adult behaviors can make or break a school, the students in the school, and the leadership of the school. The behaviors of staff can be powerful and overwhelming. Are you prepared for that? Do you have the temperament to deal with and manage the personalities and behaviors of a wide range of adults? Do you see yourself as a leader of men and women (because that is what it is going to take)?
